OVERVIEW

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING, DISPATCH & TRACKING

1. Handling & Dispatch Timeframes: Standard in-stock orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched within two to four (2–4) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays and carrier closures). Order processing times are distinct from transit times selected at checkout.
   
   
2. Pre-Order & Backordered Hardware: Estimated fulfillment dates for pre-order, custom batch-flashed, or backordered hardware units are stated on the applicable product page. These dates reflect manufacturer production schedules, component sourcing lead times, and batch flashing requirements. Stated delivery dates are reasonable operational estimates and are subject to adjustment based on global supply chain constraints or factory allocation delays.
   
   
3. Automated Tracking Generation: A dispatch notification containing carrier tracking details is transmitted via automated email upon label creation. Carriers typically require twenty-four to forty-eight (24–48) hours to register initial physical scans at distribution hubs.
   
   
4. Order Consolidations & Modifications: Once an order is entered into our fulfillment workflow, destinations, consignee names, shipping methods, and package contents cannot be modified.
   
   

SECTION 2 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, TAXES & IMPORTER OF RECORD

1. Importer of Record Designation: You act as the sole and designated Importer of Record. You represent and warrant that the items ordered comply fully with local radio-frequency standards, telecommunications certifications, and import regulations in your destination jurisdiction.
   
   
2. Exclusion of Customs, Duties & VAT at Checkout: All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of foreign customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), clearance entry charges, administrative brokerage surcharges, and import tariffs. DEXAIM LLC does not collect, remit, or prepay import assessments at checkout.
   
   
3. Customer Payment Obligation: You bear exclusive financial and administrative liability for settling all import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by national border agencies or commercial carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) upon package arrival.
   
   
4. Tariff Threshold Compliance: Global customs authorities routinely enforce strict tax compliance and have eliminated de minimis / low-value duty exemptions in numerous territories. Failure or refusal to pay assessed fees will result in carrier impoundment, customs destruction, or parcel return.
   
   

SECTION 3 – REFUSED, RETURNED & UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

1. Non-Refundable Outbound Freight: Initial outbound shipping charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
   
   
2. Restocking & Processing Fee: A mandatory twenty-five percent (25%) restocking and inventory handling fee will be assessed against any discretionary credit or balance issued for returned, unopened hardware.
   
   
3. Return Freight Deduction: Any return freight costs, return brokerage charges, storage fees, or reverse import taxes billed to DEXAIM LLC by the carrier will be deducted in full from the returned merchandise value.
   
   
4. Abandoned or Destroyed Shipments: If a border authority or carrier disposes of, liquidates, or abandons a parcel due to customer non-payment of customs fees or lack of required importer cooperation, the shipment is deemed completely fulfilled by DEXAIM LLC, and no refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.
   
   

SECTION 4 – CARRIER TRANSIT, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK OF LOSS

1. Title and Risk of Loss: Pursuant to applicable commercial law, risk of loss and title for all physical products transfer to you upon DEXAIM LLC's delivery of the parcel to the commercial carrier (FOB Shipping Point).
   
   
2. Delivery Confirmation Threshold: DEXAIM LLC's fulfillment obligation is fully performed once the carrier assigns a final status of "Delivered" (or equivalent status notation) to the tracking manifest, supported by carrier GPS coordinates, timestamp logs, or physical signature verification.
   
   
3. Exclusion of Post-Delivery Liability: DEXAIM LLC disclaims all financial and logistical liability for events occurring subsequent to carrier-confirmed delivery, including but not limited to package theft, mailbox access issues, parcel interception, residential "porch piracy," or subsequent adverse weather damage.
   
   
4. Transit Damage & In-Transit Loss Protocols:
   
   
   • If a package is confirmed lost in transit prior to delivery (defined as tracking showing no movement scans for fourteen (14) consecutive business days beyond the carrier service expectation), or if hardware arrives physically damaged due to transit trauma, you must notify our support portal within forty-eight (48) hours of the delivery attempt or tracking cessation.
     
     
   • Claims of transit damage require unedited, high-resolution photographic evidence of the external parcel, packaging materials, shipping label, and damaged device prior to initiating a carrier damage claim.
     
     

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS, FREIGHT FORWARDERS & SANCTIONS

1. Export Control Compliance: In strict adherence to United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs, DEXAIM LLC does not export, fulfill, or route shipments to sanctioned destinations (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and occupied Ukrainian territories) or to individuals appearing on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) or Entity Lists.
   
   
2. Prohibition of P.O. Boxes & Commercial Freight Forwarders:
   
   
   • To prevent commercial fraud, unauthorized international diversion, and card-not-present payment disputes, DEXAIM LLC fulfills physical hardware exclusively to verifiable residential or recognized commercial street addresses.
     
     
   • We do not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), APO/FPO military addresses, or third-party freight forwarding depots / reshipment hubs.
     
     
   • Orders placed using freight forwarding services, reshippers, or unverified mail drops will be intercepted and canceled. In accordance with Section 6.4 of our Terms of Service, any cancellation arising from prohibited forwarding addresses will be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation and merchant risk processing fee.
     
     
3. Address Mismatch Screening: High-value hardware orders where the physical delivery destination fails Address Verification System (AVS) matching against the verified cardholder billing profile are subject to identity screening holds, signature delivery requirements, or administrative cancellation.
