We do not offer refunds on any products or services under any circumstances.

All products are considered electronic, virtual, and intangible goods.
You will not receive a refund for:

  • Partial use

  • Non-use

  • Dissatisfaction with services or products

Please ensure the product you purchase is right for you prior to completing your order.

2. License Activation

Once a license key has been activated, you are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Activation is defined as:

  • Key redemption

  • First-time login to software

  • Any attempt to access membership benefits

3. Live Games and Update Policy

Our products are designed to interact with live, actively updated games.
You acknowledge that:

  • Features may become temporarily unavailable after game updates.

  • dexa.im will make reasonable efforts to restore compatibility.

  • Full functionality cannot be guaranteed at all times.

No refunds or credits will be provided due to:

  • Temporary downtime

  • Missing features

  • Delays in update delivery

4. Unauthorized Payments and Chargebacks

Use of unauthorized payment methods, fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or payment reversals will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of your dexa.im account.

  • Permanent ban from future purchases.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks with evidence of delivery and usage.

5. Game Bans and PvP Usage

We do not offer refunds in the event of:

  • Game account bans

  • Suspensions

  • Terminations

Our products are intended for:

  • Offline, single-player, or private use only.

Use in online, player-versus-player (PvP) environments is against our guidelines and may lead to account action by third-party games.
Dexa.im is not liable for any losses resulting from such use.

6. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase on dexa.im, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

7. Exception Requests

In rare and extraordinary cases, dexa.im may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit.
Requests for exceptions will be reviewed individually, and all refund decisions are final and binding.
