These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern participation in the DEXAiM Media / Content Creator Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you ("Creator") agree to comply with the following terms as established by DEXAiM LLC ("we," "us," or "DEXAiM").

1. Eligibility
To be eligible for participation, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Own an account on a content platform (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, X, etc.) with a proven audience.
  • Maintain compliance with the terms of your respective platform(s).
  • Have an active DEXAiM affiliate or partner code, or a prior agreement with our team.

2. Program Overview
Participants in the Program may receive free license keys, early access to products, or monetary compensation in exchange for:

  • Creating and posting promotional content for DEXAiM products.
  • Featuring links to DEXAiM’s website and/or Discord server.
  • Using approved branding or promotional assets as provided.

3. Content Guidelines
All content published under this Program must:

  • Follow platform-specific terms (no visible cheats on platforms that forbid it).
  • Clearly state or imply your affiliation when applicable.
  • Avoid false advertising or exaggerated claims.
  • Not reference specific bypasses, internal mechanisms, or anticheat circumvention in a way that exposes internal workings.

Content must not:

  • Encourage harassment, exploits in competitive PvP, or game disruption.
  • Include offensive or illegal material, or violate copyright laws.

4. Content Ownership
By participating in the Program and submitting or publishing content featuring DEXAiM products or services:

  • You grant DEXAiM LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content across any platform or medium.
  • DEXAiM reserves the right to repost, edit, or repurpose your content for promotional or commercial use.
  • You waive any rights to royalties or attribution unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Key Use and Restrictions
Keys issued for content creation must be used only by the Creator for review or recording purposes.

Resale or transfer of creator keys is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the Program.

6. Compensation and Payments
Compensation (monetary or in-kind) is provided solely at DEXAiM’s discretion.

Sponsored payments, if any, may be paused or revoked at any time based on performance or breach of these Terms.

7. Termination
DEXAiM reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time without notice for:

  • Violating any terms listed herein.
  • Misrepresenting DEXAiM or damaging its brand.
  • Sharing keys, exploiting loopholes, or leaking private material.

8. Liability
Creators are independent entities. You assume full responsibility for any consequences of your content or its reception on your platform.

DEXAiM is not liable for:

  • Platform strikes, bans, or demonetization.
  • Loss of revenue, reputation, or audience due to association with DEXAiM.

9. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any such changes.
